Here are some ultra sound pictures of our little boy! They aren't the best ultra sound pictures I have seen but they work. The first one is actually kind of freaky looking.. just looking at the face straight on. And the profile pic he does have his hand up by his face.

The countdown begins!

I hit 20 weeks today! So it's all downhill from here! RIGHT? Well at least I can start counting down the days now! I have never really been big pregnant during the summer so this will be a new experience for me. Hopefully it will help me keep active and feel good! They say the baby is the size of a banana from head to rump! kind of puts it into perspective!

Did you guess??? We are having a BOY!!!! We had the ultra sound today! Everything looks great and healthy! Emma was very excited to find out it was a boy, the technician had her read it out loud when she wrote it on the monitor. Of course Jordan and I could already see the picture and already new what it was... Dottie was a little upset because she was the only one who wanted a baby sister! But I think she has warmed up to the idea of a brother already! Now we just have to decide on a name.. that's going to be a tough one!

Jordan's Birthday Weekend!

Well these pics are not in the right order but I am not taking the time to change them. Jordan decided he needed the whole weekend to celebrate his birthday this time! HA He started with Friday going to the new Star Trek movie and then off to shoot his guns that afternoon. Saturday we started by garage selling. If you know my husband then you know his love for a good deal! Then we took a walk around Battle Ground Lake up by his parents house. Then off to play on the zip line in Jordan's parents back yard! The kids had a great time with this one. The girls loved Grandpa Erickson's chick chicks... they spent hours just watching them. Then Saturday night we had a little BBQ and some homemade Lemon meringue pie for dessert (Jordan's favorite)

Baby update

Well I am 18 weeks now. I have an ultra sound scheduled for next Monday! So just out of curiosity I have made a baby poll to the right->
Take a guess! I honestly have no idea what this baby will be! I haven't had any of those moments where I am like.. it's gonna be a ? I just have no idea.
Of course we are hoping for a boy, Just for a change of scenery around here.. But we will be happy with a healthy baby!
I have started to feel some movement which is good for me cause I get really paranoid when I am not feeling anything. And overall I am feeling really good!
So anyways.. take a guess and vote!

my kids crack me up!

This morning Dottie wanted to dress herself.. which is becoming a normal thing around here. But today she wanted something different she told me and she started digging thru her drawers. I let her be and told her to come show me when she found a shirt. A few minutes later she comes out carrying an old Spiderman shirt size 18 months I believe that Jordan bought a long time ago. (she dug very deep) Emma looks at me and says "Dottie has a Spiderman shirt, she is sooo lucky" and Dottie says with a big smile, "I know, Emma I know." Sadly the shirt did not fit and she ended up wearing the shirt that I originally picked in the beginning!

Fun Weekend

Last Thursday we packed our swimming suits and headed to the Great Wolf Lodge! We stayed one night and two days at the water park. The girls LOVED it. I am so glad they weren't afraid of anything. We couldn't keep them off of the slides. Dottie was to short to go on the really big ones or else she would have gone down those too. Jordan said every time Emma went down the BIG ones she would yell "This is so awesome!" Jordan had a pretty good time too! He loved that his girls like that kind of stuff. I took my turn on a few slides too! Definitely a fun play for families.
