I think Cooper looks a little more like Emma than Dottie but they all have similar features.

I guess it's time to take the baby ticker off!
Today was the day (Oct. 8th)... don't know if I could have made it to today. So glad he came 11 days early!
We are slowly adjusting to a new baby around here. Dottie has had some (need more mommy time) issues! But she is doing better. And I am doing fine.. just very tired and very emotional. But I guess that is pretty normal with a new baby!


We are glad Grandma Erickson could come up for a quick visit!

We are counting down the days until the baby comes! We are trying to get things ready like the baby's room and Jordan's been working on redoing a dresser for me. We got the bassinet out and I washed it all.. but now I need space for the bassinet which means Jordan's Arcade needs to move back into the garage! One way I got him to do this with out to much trouble was let him buy more parts for it so now he HAS to have it in the garage to work on it! He bought a new coin machine for it off of eBay! Here he is very excited about this!

So I decided to make a purchase of my own on eBay! Hey it's for the baby! I have been looking at diaper bags and trying to decide what I really want. I really liked the petunia pickle bottom bags.. but those are so pricey! Well I have been searching eBay for a good deal.. which wasn't happening... why do people pay almost full price for a USED bag! Go spend $20 more than what your paying and buy a new one... I just wanted a good deal. Well one night I wasn't sleeping well... and I got on the computer and there was the bag that I wanted I had never seen this one posted on Ebay yet. And she had a buy it now price that was cheaper than I had seen for this style of bag.. I couldn't help myself. She had just listed it and I knew for that price it wasn't going to last long. Here it is...Emma showing it off!

The girls were bored one day and wanted to take pictures of themselves so I said go ahead.. this is what they came up with!

to Kindergarten. And she LOVES it to say the least! I was so nervous for her but she was just fine. Jordan was able to go in late to work so he could be home to walk her to school. We only live like 2 blocks from the school but most kids ride the bus because there are no sidewalks up to the school. So she is the last bus stop. We put her on the bus and then walked down to the school to see her walk into class. At the bus stop there was another little girl going to kindergarten and she was in the same class as Emma. They instantly became friends. Then the next day I find out that another little girl (the one that taught Emma how to ride her bike with no training wheels) Was also in kindergarten and in the same class. So those 3 girls always sit together on the bus too.. pretty cute.

Dot was so upset that she couldn't stay and go to school with Emma. But once she found out when she got home that it was time to go to playgroup she was all excited that it was just her and I.
She survived the first day.
It turned out to be a warm day she was hot, tired and hungry.
So Dad gave in and gave them and ice cream cone!!!
